Zelensky: Trump's statements that he can stop the war within 24 hours are somewhat alarming.

Statements from former U.S. President Donald Trump, suggesting that he could halt Russia's war against Ukraine within 24 hours if he wins the presidential elections in the United States this year, are somewhat alarming. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed this concern in an interview with the British television channel Channel 4 News, stating that Trump's corresponding remarks are 'very dangerous.

"When Donald Trump says he will end the war within 24 hours, it seems to me that these are very dangerous words. In other words, he will make decisions independently without both sides, without us. If he says such things publicly, it is a bit alarming," noted Zelensky.

"If Trump's idea, the details of which no one knows, is not beneficial to Ukrainians, the former U.S. president will 'still do everything to convey this idea.' This is what worries the President of Ukraine, as explained by Volodymyr Zelensky.

Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that 'one person cannot win,' so if Donald Trump is talking about himself, the question arises - at whose expense will he do this?

At the same time, according to Zelensky, if these statements by Donald Trump are 'just a political message before the elections,' then it's normal. However, if it is a specific formula for ending the war, the Ukrainian president should know about it.

"Donald Trump, I invite you to Ukraine, to Kyiv. So, if you can stop the war in 24 hours, I think that would be enough reason to come," Zelensky declared."
